Planned Online and Mobile Banking Downtime and System Update
What You Need to Know
Service Downtime: Online and mobile banking will be unavailable starting at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9. Access should be restored early Wednesday morning, Dec. 10.
Update Your Bookmark: Beginning Dec. 10, please update any saved bookmarks or shortcuts to our new online banking link/URL. We’ll share the new link/URL once it is live.
Mobile Banking App Update: Starting at 10 a.m. Dec. 10, you’ll be prompted to update to the latest version mobile banking app.
• If you use our current app, simply tap “Update” when prompted on Dec. 10.
• If you are still using the previous (legacy) banking app, you will need to download our new app to continue accessing mobile banking. To find our app, please search for Cape & Coast Bank.
