Tricia has worked in the financial industry for nearly three decades and brings extensive experience in banking, municipal finance, customer relations and bond management. She’s held leadership roles at large financial institutions in Massachusetts throughout her career. Tricia is instrumental in building relationships with cities, towns, districts and other governmental organizations both on – and off – Cape to deliver government banking services.

Tricia received her Bachelor’s Degree from UMass Boston’s College of Management. She’s active with the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce and the Massachusetts Treasurer’s Collector’s Association as well as Norfolk County Treasurer’s Association. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, candlepin bowling, reading, and hiking. She has two sons and resides in Hanover where she has lived for thirty-four years.

Matt brings deep experience working with municipalities during his government banking career. Along with his years of working on Cape Cod, Matt brings a broad banking background that includes branch management and residential lending.

Matt works together with The Coop’s team to deliver government banking services to the Cape’s 15 towns and a variety of separate fire, water, and school districts. “What I love about living on Cape Cod is the sense of community here, the way you seem to be able to connect with and meet someone who knows someone you know, whatever town you may find yourself in.”

In his free time, he enjoys spending time on his boat in Pleasant Bay, evenings on Nauset beach, and skiing with his two kids in the winter.

Lisa has over 25 years of banking experience, and brings extensive experience in government banking and a broad banking background that includes credit cards, electronic banking and experience in a customer service center. Lisa works with The Coop’s team to deliver government banking services to the Cape’s 15 towns and a variety of separate fire, water, and school districts.

Lisa is a resident of Falmouth, and enjoys kayaking and walks with her Australian Shepherd as well as being an avid gardener.
