How We Make a Difference
- Our employee-led Paying It Forward program supports 26 charities each year through donations collected from wearing jeans on payday
- Toy Drives spreading holiday joy to local children and families who need extra support during the holiday season
- Each month, our employees deliver food to our home-bound seniors through our partnership with Meals on Wheels.
Hands-On Community Impact
- Whether it’s passing out water during a road race, handing out prizes and giveaways at a music festival, or staffing a table at a fundraiser, sponsorships through our Corporate Giving allows our employees to volunteer at many events across the Cape.
- Employees receive a paid day to volunteer annually for the United Way Day of Action, supporting local projects from cleanups and landscaping to building and meal prep.
- Our Employees give their own time by serving on local boards, supporting schools, donating to fundraisers, and sharing their talents to help neighbors and friends.
