What is Remote Deposit Capture?
RDC lets you scan and deposit checks electronically from your office using a bank-provided scanner, eliminating trips to the bank.
How quickly are funds available?
Deposits received by the Bank by 4 p.m. EST on a business day will be deemed received by the Bank that day. Deposits received after 4 p.m. on a business day or a non-business day will be deemed received by the Bank on the next business day. Funds from your deposit will be made available to you no later than the morning of the business day following the date your deposit is deemed received.
Is the scanner provided by the bank?
Yes, we provide the multi-feed scanner at no cost, including delivery, installation, software setup, and comprehensive employee training.
How secure is the system?
Our system uses encrypted data transmission, multi-factor authentication, and fraud detection technology to protect your business and deposits.
