Cape & Coast Bank Welcomes Kevin Lynch as Branch Manager – Small Business Specialist
Cape & Coast Bank announced the appointment of Kevin Lynch as Branch Manager – Small Business Specialist for its East Harwich branch. In this role, Lynch will lead branch operations, support customers with their personal and small-business banking needs, develop local relationships, and help deliver the dependable, community-centered service for which Cape & Coast Bank is known.
Lynch brings more than 30 years of management, sales, marketing, and administrative experience to Cape & Coast Bank. Throughout his career, he has led teams, developed customer relationships, supported business growth, and implemented operational strategies designed to deliver exceptional service and measurable results.
Lynch also brings direct banking experience to his new position, having served as a Small Business Banker at his previous financial institution. In that role, he built and strengthened customer relationships, conducted needs assessments, identified banking solutions for personal and business customers, and supported a range of account, lending, transaction, and digital-banking needs.

“My passion for banking began in childhood, when I received my first savings book from the Cape Cod Cooperative Bank (now Cape & Coast Bank), an experience that sparked a lasting connection to banking and financial services,” said Lynch. “Having lived on Cape Cod for 60 years, I understand the people, the businesses, and the importance of relationships built on trust. I am excited to join Cape & Coast Bank and bring my experience in customer service, account management, and operations to support our customers, my team, and the community we serve.”
A resident of Yarmouth Port, Lynch is actively involved in the Cape Cod community. He has served as Color Guard Director at Dennis-Yarmouth High School for 36 years and is a member of both the Cape and Islands Board of Realtors and the Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District Board of Directors.
Throughout his career, Lynch has received several professional honors, including Outside Salesperson of the Year recognition in 2000 and 2007, the John Wilcox Publisher “Good Neighbor” Award in 2005, Niche Salesperson of the Year in 2005, and Cape Cod Works.com Salesperson of the Year in 2008.
