Cape & Coast Bank’s Johanna Zarra Joins Falmouth Housing Trust Board of Directors

Cape & Coast Bank is proud to announce that Johanna Zarra, a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer at the bank and a lifelong Falmouth resident, has been named to the Falmouth Housing Trust Board of Directors. With more than 15 years in the banking industry and a track record of guiding families through the mortgage process, she brings deep local knowledge and a genuine commitment to expanding housing opportunities in Falmouth.

“Being nominated and voted onto the Falmouth Housing Trust Board is an incredible honor,” said Zarra. “As someone who has spent a career helping families navigate the mortgage process and achieve homeownership, I’m deeply committed to supporting the Trust’s mission of preserving and expanding affordable and attainable housing ownership opportunities for current and future generations of Falmouth residents.”

Johanna was born and raised in Falmouth, where she resides with her husband and their children. She has spent most of her career at Cape & Coast Bank as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer. Throughout her tenure, she has guided countless individuals and families through every step of securing a home loan, from first-time buyers to those refinancing or relocating within the community.

Johanna is actively involved in several volunteer efforts, including hosting Divorce & Mortgage workshops for WE CAN, serving as Troop Leader for a local Girl Scout troop, participating as a Gala Committee Member for the Falmouth Education Foundation, and coordinating the Birthday Book Program through the North Falmouth Elementary School PTO. As a lifelong Falmouth resident, Johanna values the importance of community and is passionate about supporting local families and strengthening opportunities for future generations.

Johanna’s appointment to the Falmouth Housing Trust Board was officially voted on and accepted in June 2026. This role represents a significant step for both Johanna and Cape & Coast Bank in strengthening their presence and community impact in the Falmouth market.
