Coming Soon: Access More Documents Online
We’re excited to announce an enhancement to your Online Banking document experience coming soon.
Today, clients enrolled in eStatements can securely access account statements within Online Banking. Soon, you’ll be able to access even more important account documents in one convenient location.
More Documents. One Convenient Location.
With this enhancement, important account information will be easier to find and manage through Online Banking, providing:
- Centralized access to your documents
- Reduced paper clutter
- Secure online delivery
- Convenient access whenever you need it
What’s Changing?
Clients enrolled in eStatements will automatically receive an expanded paperless document experience. In addition to account statements, eligible documents and notices will be delivered electronically and available directly within Online Banking.
Document delivery preferences are managed at the account level. If you are enrolled in eStatements for a checking account, related notices for that account—such as overdraft, inactivity, and dormant account notices—will automatically be delivered through Online Banking. With this enhancement, you can also enroll eligible accounts such as CDs and loans to receive their statements and notices electronically.
Examples include:
- Loan notices
- CD maturity and renewal notices
- Escrow statements
- Overdraft notices
- Inactivity and Dormant notices
- Other eligible account communications
You’ll also receive an email notification when new statements or notices are available to review online.
What’s Not Changing?
- Tax documents will continue to be mailed and accessible within Online Banking.
- You will still have access to a two-year history of account statements online.
Current eStatement Users
If you’re already enrolled in eStatements, no action is required for accounts that are currently enrolled. With this upcoming enhancement, statements and notices related to those enrolled accounts will automatically be available online.
If you would like to receive electronic statements and notices for other eligible accounts, such as CDs or loans, you can update your document delivery preferences within Online Banking.
Not Enrolled in eStatements?
No action is required if you currently receive paper statements and notices. Your existing document delivery preferences will remain unchanged. However, if you’d like the convenience of secure, paperless access to your documents, you can enroll in eStatements at any time by updating your document delivery preferences within Online Banking.
Because enrollment is managed by account, you’ll be able to choose which eligible accounts—such as checking, savings, CDs, and loans—receive documents electronically.
We look forward to bringing you a more streamlined, convenient way to access your important account documents.
