About Brent

Brent is a Weymouth resident with more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, including roles at State Street Bank in Boston, Santander and most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at HarborOne Bank. Throughout his career, he has focused on aligning technology with business strategy to enhance customer experience, strengthen operations, and support sustainable growth. He has led technology organizations in highly regulated environments with an emphasis on practical innovation, strong governance, and collaborative partnerships.

Brent holds an MBA from Babson College’s Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Colgate University. He serves as a board member of School on Wheels Massachusetts and volunteers with Harvest for Hunger, Hope and Comfort, the Boys and Girls Club, and Weymouth Youth Hockey. He joins Cape & Coast Bank drawn to its strong commitment to community banking and looks forward to helping advance its technology capabilities to support the bank’s mission and future growth.
