About Gary

Gary M. DellaPosta is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts and the founder of Gary M. DellaPosta CPA, a Falmouth-based accounting firm he established in 1982. His firm serves more than 275 businesses and 450 individuals across Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Southeastern Massachusetts, providing accounting, tax, and advisory services to companies ranging from $200,000 to $85 million in annual revenue. A graduate of Bryant University, Gary is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. In addition to his accounting and tax practice, he provides litigation support and expert witness services in Massachusetts courts. Gary has been a Corporator of Cape & Coast Bank since 2012 and joined the Board of Directors in 2013. He was named Lead Director in 2025 and currently serves on the Governance Committee and the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. He previously chaired the Audit Committee and served on the Compensation Committee. He also serves on the Board of Barnstable County Mutual Insurance Company and has held past leadership roles with Eastern Bank, Plymouth Savings Bank, the Community Health Center of Cape Cod, and Heritage Museums & Gardens. A long-time resident of Falmouth, Gary is recognized for his financial expertise, integrity, and commitment to the Cape Cod community.
