About Vanessa

With eight years of banking experience and a passion for supporting local businesses, Vanessa Kusy serves as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager - Small Business Specialist at our Marstons Mills Branch. A resident of Marstons Mills, Vanessa attended Assumption College and joined Cape & Coast Bank in 2021 as a Relationship Banker II. Through her dedication to customers and the community, she advanced to Relationship Banker III in 2024, Assistant Branch Manager in 2025, and now Branch Manager. Vanessa is especially excited to work with local small businesses, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. Having watched her uncle operate a local restaurant while growing up, she developed a firsthand appreciation for the commitment, hard work, and perseverance required to run a successful business. She strongly believes in the power of community banking and the importance of neighbors supporting one another. Outside of the bank, Vanessa volunteers with Meals on Wheels and is proud to serve the community where she lives and works.
