Jamie Cannavo comes to Cape & Coast Bank with 15 years of banking experience, most recently serving as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Lender at HarborOne Bank. Throughout her career, Jamie has demonstrated a proven track record in relationship building, credit analysis, and loan management, aligning with our mission of fostering local economic growth.

With a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University, Jamie’s previous employment experience includes commercial banking and credit analysis at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and John Hancock.

Residing in Plymouth with her husband and two children, Jamie is committed to devoting her time to community-based charities, volunteering with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and supporting the United Way.

Joni joins Cape & Coast Bank team with over 25 years in the banking industry. She has several years of experience as a lender on the South Shore and Plymouth, having worked for small and large commercial banks.

Joni holds a B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of South Florida. She is also active in the community, serving on multiple boards and committees, including South Shore Chamber of Commerce, The Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Finance Association – Boston GBREB, and the Plymouth Coalition for the Homeless. In her spare time, Joni enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Mary is an experienced lender, with over 30 years in the banking industry holding a variety of senior-level positions. She has several years of experience as a lender on Cape Cod, having been with a large commercial bank on the Cape for over 15 years and holding a variety of positions including Cape Cod Regional President. Mary was also an initial member of the Bank of Cape Cod and helped its founders establish the commercial bank. Mary is active in the community, serving on multiple boards and committees over the years; most recently The Rotary Club of Yarmouth, Coastal Community Capital and The Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce.

As a Commercial Loan Officer with Cape & Coast Bank, Rob provides business owners and investors tactical solutions for their lending needs. Rob is responsible for the Cape Cod market.

Rob is a resource to his clients through his diverse background in finance. Rob held positions most recently as a Regional Vice President of Pioneer Investments in Boston and California.  Prior to living in California, Rob was on the east coast in distribution at Ridgewood Securities, a Direct Participation Programs in Oil and Gas, Sun Life Financials’ Annuity division in Boston and began his career as a Proprietary Trader. Rob’s clients appreciate the unique knowledge he has of investments which aids in his ability to put together flexible financing for every client.

Rob holds an M.B.A. from Bryant University in Rhode Island. He resides in Sandwich, where he enjoys taking advantage of all that the Cape has to offer; fishing, sailing and swimming.  As the summer fades, you can catch Rob tuning his skis for the winter season.
