Log into Cape & Coast Bank online banking or mobile app, navigate to Transfer & Pay and select Bill Pay & Zelle®. Accept terms and conditions, enter your email address or U.S. mobile phone number, receive a one-time verification code, enter it, and you’re ready to start sending and receiving with Zelle®.

Cape & Coast Bank does not charge any fees to send or receive money using Zelle®. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

For recipients already enrolled with Zelle®, money typically arrives within minutes. If they aren’t enrolled yet, they’ll receive instructions to sign up first.

You can only cancel a payment if the payment is scheduled for a future date, or the recipient hasn’t yet enrolled with Zelle®. Once they’ve enrolled or received the money, payments cannot be canceled.
