How quickly will the money arrive?
For recipients already enrolled with Zelle®, money typically arrives within minutes. If they aren’t enrolled yet, they’ll receive instructions to sign up first.
Can I cancel a payment sent with Zelle®?
You can only cancel a payment if the payment is scheduled for a future date, or the recipient hasn’t yet enrolled with Zelle®. Once they’ve enrolled or received the money, payments cannot be canceled.
Is Zelle® secure to use?
Yes, when used as intended. Cape & Coast Bank protects Zelle® transactions with the same security measures used for all our digital banking. Only send money to people you know and trust.
